I bought this one as a shooter, and it is a great shooter. I took it to the lease every trip this season and shot it some. It has aftermarket nickel plating, which has held up well. There was some pitting, I guess, that was nickeled over (see pics - only pitting is on left side above and below the cylinder release). It's a tight gun and has no real issues. I wouldn't be selling, but I picked up a 686 that will replace it.

This is a very nice revolver with the cosmetic issue that is not too bad. Tight and shoots great.

It is the 4" barrel model.
