Are you sure those barrels are 28"? They look longer to me. Longer might help your cause.

This is a Ithaca imported Perazzi Mirage Over/Under 12 Ga. 2 3/4 chamber 28" barrel Shotgun, one of the earlier models manufactured by Perazzi that was imported by Ithaca. The left side of the top barrel is marked “ITHACA GUN COMPANY – ITHACA – NEW YORK 12 GA. 2 ¾ CHAMBER – MADE IN ITALY Mirage, the right side is marked CUSTOM CRAFTED BY MANIFATTURA ARMI PERAZZI, And on the underside of the lower barrel is marked ACCIAIO SPECIAL. The stock dimensions are 1.40" DAC, 1.875" DAH and 14.5 LOP including pad. Weight 8.4lbs
