That xtr featherweight has be one of the first rifles out the plant that was made by USRACo and would be considered a transition rifle because they used a lot of parts that were made under the WRA name. 1525323 was the sn cutoff anything made after that is considered a USARCo made rifle. Nice rifle wish it was an 06
