Like the topic says, Savage 220, bolt action 20 gauge, laminate stock.

Tossed the factory Tupperware, and bedded the bbl action into a Boyd's laminate stock. Stock is salt and pepper.

Shoots the 260 Remington accutips well under 2".

One piece base also included.

About 30 rounds down the bbl.

Going a different direction for Ohio, Illinois, etc.

$535 shipped Conus.

I'll bet Remington AccuTips would cut those groups in half. It does in mine and other Savage 220s I've seen. Bump for an excellent freezer filler.

5 shot group with 3" Remington accutips. First 4 were just over 1 inch, 5th one opened up. Bbl was heating up, should have stopped after 3, but you get the idea.

Not bad for a slug gun.

nice slug gun.
The laminate stock makes a huge difference in the feel of the gun.

Factory stock was the typical POS tupperware special....

Add a scope, sight it in and you're ready to rock.

One and only price reduction......

Sell stock?
Not right now.

Boyd's is selling them, then send it a Smith along with $100 to get it bedded.

You can't buy the gun + stock for what I am asking.

Offers....trades, flexible on this one....
Nice gun. Just curious, what direction are you going for hunting in those states? Muzzleloader or another slug gun?
Browning BLR in 450 Marlin Mag...

She's already sitting in my safe....

Beautiful wood to boot.
I need to check out the ballistics on that round I guess. What do you think effective range will be?
