Just as the title says. I know this is a rare gun as it was only offered as a limited edition in 2011. First gun my dad ever gave me was a Remington Model 7 in 6mm. Gun needs to be retired as it has way too much sentimental value, but I love the cartridge.

Please let me know if you have one you are willing to part with or know where someone has one stashed.

Would consider package deals with optics.
You may have already seen it, but in case you haven't, here you go:

Love that caliber myself. Good luck with your search.

Russell, thanks for pointing that out. I did see that. That guy is actually selling several of the limited edition calibers, all for the same price. Unfortunately, the only one that anyone has bid on is the 6mm. I am going to watch the auction some more but I fear I would wind up in a bidding war with the gentleman that has already bid and his starting price is at the upper end of what I feel is fair.

Thanks again for the heads up, I really appreciate it.
Remington just made some Model Seven stainless rifles in 6 mm Bud's has some in stock and some on Gunbroker
Saw one recently at a local shop. Used but very clean for $900. Not sure if its still there. Bob's Gun & Tackle, Hastings, MI
I have a 6mm 700 from the early to mid-60's in an original stock that has been bedded. It is such a sweet chambering. It's really my 14 YO daughters rifle. Very accurate! 95 gr ballistic tips are the bomb on deer. I have a lot of R-22 so that's what I am using.

I know you want a limited edition, but you can pick up a 700 BDL for a more reasonable price. Best of luck with your search.

That is probably the exact gun that I currently own. As I said, was a gift from my father and it's earned its place resting in the safe. Really have my heart set on the CDL SF 700.

Excellent tip. I called them and a nice gentleman told me that he remembered that gun very well. He checked for me and unfortunately it has found a good home with someone else already.

Thanks for the hot tip though.
I have one. Am original owner, should have box and all docs. Put it in a McMillan stock right after I purchased it, so Rem stock is LNIB. Test fired only. Never hunted.
Has a Leupold 4.5x 14 x 40 non-AO in gunmetal grey color mounted.
Contact me via email [email protected] - don't check the Campfire all that often.

Everybody, thanks for the help with this. I have entered into a deal with daveinmt. Real stand up guy and obviously someone that takes very good care of his firearms.

I will let you know when I receive how everything turned out. I am very excited!
