I'm selling this for my brother but since I was with him when he bought it I can answer just about any question. He's getting out of the .30-06 business since he has a 7mm Rem Mag and a 7mm-08.

A-Bolt Stainless Stalker bought new in 2005. Limbsaver recoil pad, Talley one piece Lites, Leupold VX2 3-9x40 CDS scope, bought new in 2014. Date code is "AA," which coincides with the year purchased. I'd estimate round count around 350.

I helped carry out a big 4x4 Roosevelt in 2008 that he killed with this rifle. I also filmed him using this rifle to stick a 168 grain Ballistic Tip in the right ear hole of a buffalo at 150 yards. She's a shooter.

$875 plus shipping in a plastic case for the package. Not looking for trades or to break up.

Figure this:
Scope $250
Mounts $30
Extra magazine (2 total) $50

There's $330 in accessories, so you're getting a Browning Stainless Stalker for $470.

Compare that to a new "budget" (insert brand here, Ruger American comes to mind) rifle. Add a scope and mounts and you're already over what you'd pay for the Browning. And you'd still have a "budget" rifle instead of a stainless Browning.

This is a great deal, I don't care who you are.
