Yes, I believe these models are 12 twist.

I see on the box it says SPS. Where does it say BDL???

On the underside of the gun.

You can go to the Remington website they have a complete line
of 700 Stainless SPS that are BDL. You can check the specs out
with the order# 27133 that is on box.
The top picture shows the BDL floorplate also.
