These are mostly vintage USA kitchen knives in user grade, some are in better shape and others well used, all can still be sharpened and serviceable. One set is international decent knives, no chinese chit, those are given to goodwill.

3 dexter russell, 2 come from a butcher shop and the other sani safe fairly new, also a vintage Gerber in little used shape.

A lot of interest in the individual CC S series knives, sold all the rest of the boning and utility ones. What's left of that group are the 13 66S, 4 42S, couple 102S paring and 5 mismatched steak knives.

Something strange about guys that do concrete work who own a bunch of meat cutting knives.

Especially since I could use my hand trowels that have thousands of strokes on a natural honing surface, that are razor sharp and could butcher easily.

I only have 175 here for sale... only have about 100 favorite ones that aren't... or maybe more the wife doesn't know about.

Damn estate sales, a few nice knives in a box but you have buy it all, donate the chinese chit to goodwill, save the vintage USA, give a bunch away to friends... Im a sucker for old knives.
