Not certain stock is original to the gun so I will check twist later and see.

My father in law went into ER this am so I am tied up most of today.

Guys in an effort to help Pat out, he just told me there are only 3 holes in the receiver for scope bases. If this is the case then it is definitely an earlier, 1-12" twist rifle.

Yep, the new 1 in 9 twist guns have that ugly stamp do hicky on the receiver and the schitty new trigger. Damn nice 223 right here!
