I recently picked up a Fox double barrel .410 shotgun and I am having a hard time figuring out what model it is. The barrels say FOX Savage Arms Corperation Westfield Mass.USA Model B. On the right side of frame it has FOX BSE-c It has a walnut stock and beavertail forearm with fancy stamped checkering, white spacer plates butt and pistol grip, center bead, single trigger and the frame is satin.I don't know if frame was been bead blasted to look like satin. It looks like maybe. I think the BSE-c were case hardend color. Anyone have any info on this gun. It is in nice shape but I'm questioning the frame color. What does the (c) stand for in BSE-c, series? Anyone know its value? Blue Book 28th says a BS-E .410 at 80% is $1550.
