Not a 870...looks more like a Rem 7600 in .223 with 5 round
detachable magazine.

I'm an idiot. I pay no attention to detail

It was posted on a shotgun site and I just took it at face value. Being the owner of a 760 I feel super lame right now.

Yes, it's a 7600 BUT it is also left-handed.
