Looking for a good variable with a long eye relief 5" , NOT A SCOUT OR IER SCOPE, Thanks

Good luck. I have never heard of it, that doesn’t mean much, but that’s an odd list of requirements.

Only one I'm familiar with that's even close (4.72" ER) was the Swarovski Z6/Z6i 1-6x24mm EE riflescope.

Not still in production, but the Nikon Omega 1.65-5x38 has a full 5" of eye relief. I believe they are pretty hard to find. RJ

If you can find a discontinued Bushnell 6500 Elite 1.5-8x32 it has 5" of eye relief.

Dunno if you’re going to find that much, but the Bushy Elites are amazing for ER.

The old Zeiss conquest 3-9x40 has 4" of eye relief. Plenty for mounting on a heavy kicker

May not be a great scope but it may qualify as good depending on your needs and it does have an honest 5" of eye relief:

Not the old Elite 4200s. My .300wm Superlite has smacked me on the face twice this year. The 3.3" of eye relief isn't enough according to my nose/forehead. Lol.

Yes, I had a Nikon Omega, 5" is probably accurate.

They also made a variation of it called Slug Hunter and also one for muzzle loaders.
