I saw on another site that http://www.predatoroptics.com/ is giving 10% off if you enter the coupon code "forum" for all Leupold scopes. Thought that might be of interest for those in the market for a new Leupy...

From the looks of it, you'll need the 10% off to cover their shipping/insurance costs.

I don't consider $13 for a $300 scope out of line, especially since I'd be saving $30 off the price...

that link actually points to a 3rd party website that pays referral fee to the named company. i will be very worried to even click it since the website is redirected to a new site without warning.

Hawker, i understand your concern but it is very common for internet stores to use a different domain hosting for the website and another for a web store. This is all this is.

Don't mean to sound like an ass but the guy that owns this site sells Leupold scopes. Don't you think it's in bad taste to post a link to his competitor here on his forum?

I think Hawker's concern is very real. The link is run by a completely different company. Will the product be shipped from the PredatorOptics or by the the company that actually operates the store behind scene? Who will take care of the customer service and product return?

I just rec'd a leupold FX3 6x42 for just under $375 shipped from these guys. No worries here fellas-these guys are good to go!!
