Just bought a Pre 64 Model 70 in 220 Swift and it came with and older Weaver K10 AO El Paso up top. The objective lens is cracked on one side. Just wondering what my options might be as far as getting it repaired or is it even worth getting repaired? I'm not sure about the value of these scopes.
I'd be interested to hear as well. I've got an old 1.5-4.5 that my 416 Taylor blew the end glass out of that's in need of some doctoring.

I appreciate the info about repair shops.

Anyone have any experience as to how much this might cost and whether this model scope is worth the trouble and expense?

Bill Ackerman in Santa Teresa, NM used to work for Weaver. I think he designed some of their scopes.

The number for Optical Services, Co is no longer a working number but I sent an email. Edit - the email was returned as delivery failure. Maybe he no longer does repairs?

Contacted Iron Sights, they said $95 which I thought was reasonable but 12-14 months turnaround which is not so reasonable.
