Has anyone tested or used a Lucid 6-24x scope? They are inexpensive scopes froma company here in Wyoming, I was wondering if anyone tested them (box test) or used one in various conditions. Not many reviews on them ?????

Any inexpensive scope with all those features is suspect. Obviously not made in our home state. Would guess Chinese. Warranty looks good. Have seen no reviews anywhere. Given the price, I'd be inclined to try the 4-16 as it will be less prone to gray out than a 24X.

Just more Chinese junk. With optics you get what you pay for. There are no "secret" bargains on new scopes. Although many classic scopes (Denver Redfield, Kollmorgen, Lyman, Bausch, Sisk and Unertl) are as good or better than the same money will buy you today.
Yeah the only Secret bargains out there are the SWFA line up and I have heard Good things about Vortexs ,but never used one. I have had Good Luck with Weavers also. I really do not think the Vortex or SWFA scopes are much of a secret , just good scopes for the money.

I suspect that some mid to high-end scopes are optically/mechanically close or identical to much less expensive "low-end" Branded scopes.
