I'm looking for a good rangefinder for under $300 that's accurate out to about 500 yards and that preferably compensates for angle but it isn't required. I'm looking at the Leupold RX-800 or 600 with TBR, but I'd like to hear your recommendations?

I just ordered a leupold RX-1000i with TBR/DNA from Cabela's. They had/have them on sale for @299.99 which is $100 less than they're priced around my part of the country.

I have a Bushnell Scout 1000 and have used it extensively for about three years. Reads out to 1100 yards on reflective surfaces and does fine on non reflective surfaces to 500 yards. Under $300 when I bought it.
