Hi all,

I mounted my light seeker onto my 300WM and it was a little too far back for proper eye relief. I loosened the rings to slide it forward. As I grabbed the objective bell I noticed it was loose in the body so I totally removed the scope from the rings. Just for kicks I tried to turn the lens. I could turn it with no problems and removed it from the tube! Has this happened to anyone else and is this a known problem with Pentax scopes? Where do I send this scope in for repair or replacement?

Thanks for the help in advance,

Elk Country
I'd contact Burris. I believe that Burris made the scopes for Pentax.
The scopes were made in the Phillipines in the same factory that makes the Burris scopes. the two companies had some kind of deal going. Call Pentax for Pentax service.
i had an older lightseeker xl i wanna say is USA made, but gun is loaned out and cant be certain.
