What are y'alls thoughts on the Leupold TS-32X1 MOA reticle? I like the idea of Leupold finally making a MOA reticle, but want to hear from anyone who has experience with one, or just general thoughts. Good, Bad, Indifferent, makes no difference, lets hear it.
I have two of their 14x VX3 LR scopes with that reticle and am very pleased. It's very fast to get on target, accurate and intuitive.

RShooter, thanks for the info. I guess the only thing I worry about, would be, if the reticle is too busy. What are your thoughts on that?

They are a bit busy, but not so much that it makes it difficult getting on target quickly at the longer ranges it was designed for. Both rifles are zeroed at 300 yds, so I don't even have to get into the MOA lines till out past 350 yds. on game animals. The center crosshair is fine enough for precision shooting & working up loads.

I just got a VX-3 4.5-14 back from Leupold. It now has a M1 elevation turret and the TS-32X1 reticle. I shot it yesterday. I really like it. One thing I noticed, that I didn't from the pictures on Leupold's site, is the dots are not nearly as prominent as the crosshairs. It's less "busy" looking through it than the pictures show. When I throw the rifle up for a quick shot, all I see is the crosshairs.

I made several shots at 455 and 783 yards by first dialing the drop and holding the wind, then I returned it to zero and held for both the drop and wind. I got the hits but it is much more coarse to hold the elevation from the dots. For instance, the 455 yard shot needed 11.25 MOA. So I had to estimate between the 11 and 12 hash marks. Same thing for the 29.5 MOA drop at 783 yards. It is very quick to hold off the wind. My plan has always been to dial the drop and hold the wind and this setup looks like it will work great for that. It was neat to do both from the reticle though. I'm still getting used to it, but so far I like it a lot.

Here's a picture of it. Obviously it doesn't have all of that red crap on it. The dots are a lot more subtle than they appear in the picture.

I shot this scope all weekend. I really like this reticle! It's very quick to use the dots or hashmarks. I still plan to dial the elevation but having the reticle and turret both in MOA is great obviously.
