Looking to buy either a 2.5-10x42 or 3.5-15x50 and looking for the outfit that will give you the best price. Thanks.
When I bought my Nightforce several months ago, everybody had it for the same price. It boils down to,are they a dealer, customer service and free shipping. Midway USA, Optics Planet, etc.
Check Amazon as well. Prime members with Amazon cards can spread payments out for 6 or 12 months, interest free, depending on the purchase price, even on stuff sold through Amazon, not just by them. Very handy for an old man on a fixed income, and I've yet to pay a dime of interest on anything bought that way.

You can beat the market price there at times as well. I recently got a VX2
3-9 for $40 under the going rate.
Try Doug at Camerland or RedHawk rifles- hard to beat their prices and service!
They are price-fixed.... I think your path to a cheaper one is a demo unit.
Call the places that sell them...talk to them. They all advertise same price yes. Call and talk.
Buy used.

They will save you a couple Benjamins.

Do this.

They all advertise the same price because nightforce makes them do it. Call them and ask for their best price, the better dealers will knock quite a bit off. Don't just order one off a website.

When I ordered my last Nightforce the dealer I purchased it from knocked over $200 off the advertised price. They'll deal, but you've gotta call them.

Try sportoptics, eurooptic, scopelist, milehighshooting
eurooptic is where I buy Nightforce
Extreme outerlimits store, very knowledgeable folks run that one.

That guy is the biggest idiot I've ever met, or at least out of the ones that call themselves a professional. I talked to him at DSC about the new Nightforce spotting scope he was pushing since NF sponsors his show. It costs more than the Meopta S2 spotter, even though Meopta makes it for NF and the only difference is the armoring. He argued that they were very different animals, the NF being HD/APO and not so for the S2. I guess he didn't realize the head engineer/CEO for Meopta was down the aisle in the Europtic booth with the real story and I had already discussed that with him. He wasn't interested in walking back down there to verify BTW. Besides that his show is also horrible.

He could have just been going off what the people from nighforce were telling him, or for that matter what the websites say. NF lists their scope as APO, while meopta lists there as HD. I get what your saying, but the fact that he didn't want to leave the booth where you actually make money to walk to another booth with some peckerwood from Texas doesn't at all surprise me at all.

I know the owner well enough to know, that when it comes to the Long range game, specifically nightforce, there aren't many other people with more hands on knowledge.

You've already proven by your many ignorant posts what you know, and that ain't much.

IMO, as mentioned, Alex at Europtic is the place for Nightforce.

I was agreeing that you were right, just pointing out how the misconception could have occurred and why someone wouldn't want to walk away from a money making operation, just so some peckerwood could prove he's right.

Did they teach reading comprehension at your school?
Oh, I didn't realize the adjective "peckerwood" was a compliment. Thanks.

Sorry for the hijack OP. This loser is a waste of time anyway.

I'm not sure how I'm going to sleep tonight..
EuroOptic and Sport Optics have been good so far.
Kaleb is correct. Some places won't drop prices. Optics Planet drops prices at a mere hesitation. Try some other resellers like Sports Optics also.
As others have stated, definitely call and discuss items, prices will be lower than list price. Redhawk rifle is a good option....and JG Raider is spot on with his observation of said "professional ".
The 4 NF scopes that I have bought have been used. They're all still holding up and I've had zero issues with them.
Ibought mine from SWH since ppricing is the same and they give 10% military discounts.

Eurooptic looks like a good outfit and I have looked at them and called for information on a demo unit, great phone service anyways.
Milehighshooting.com has great service and prices.....
