Got one on a 541S I just bought. 1.5 X 4.5 X 20 Appears to look like a Weaver from the late 70's? No need for it so what might it be worth?

Ted Williams or just Williams? Believe Ted Williams were made by Weaver. If it says Guide Line it was sold by Williams Gunsight in Michigan.......the same people that make sights. The Guide Line was their top of the line scope they had made for them in Japan in the '60s and '70s I believe. Decent scopes but probably not worth a bunch. Ebay has a couple $120-$150

Thank you for the info, Yes Williams Guide Line with a Japan Telescope inspection sticker. It's clear and everything works well. Just don't have a use for it.
