I bought one of the Redfield Revolution scopes soon after they came out. After a few years it developed a problem.

I had never sent in the warranty card and didn't have the receipt from when I bought it.

But I sent it in for repairs anyway.

They fixed it right up and sent it back to me. No questions asked.

They really do have a "no excuses warranty".

Good company, good product, outstanding customer support.

Just the same as their parent company, it seems.
