Braving Gun Rights Haters' Nails: Lower Merion Township, PA Family Open Carry Rally (video)

Braving nails placed in the street by our car tires by gun rights haters (one wonders if there is no low they won't stoop to) we protested the fact that Lower Merion, PA won't repeal their local gun ordnance despite the fact that it's in violation of the state's preemption law.

Wow...that's crazy about the nails.

I never did understand the open carry thing. I respect the right to do so, but it seems like a tactical error to me. If I'm a bad guy up to no good I think I'd plug the guy with the 1911 on his hip first not to mention it makes some people uncomfortable. To each their own I guess...

At least somebody's taking a stand for 2A issues.

Does seem like a mistake for the person doin' the totin'. But what would be the effect, if any, in you town of the sight of 1 or two folks in ten openly heeled?

That's about what it's like where I live now. I'd say a good percentage OC daily and it's so commonplace that no one pays them any attention at all.
