......sting out of running low.

Tests out at 6.7 BHN, so there's probably a little tin in it, but that's OK.

Plenty soft enough to dilute my hard stuff.

Should do the trick.

After nice 405 grain hunting bullets for the 1895 45/70, and 200 grain bullets for the 1957 Marlin 35Rem, for starters.

Can't say I won't cast up a bunch of flinter roundballs too.

I've been melting down some extremely hard bullets I got out of an estate along with some flashing, some old wheel weights and am ready to do some alloying. I'd like to duplicate linotype as that was my go to for the best competition rifle bullets evet.
I found an old Potter lead hardness tester and will use that for evaluating. I hope to wind up with thirty or forty pounds for my rifle bullets. I have fifty pounds of pure for muzzle loading, slug and 44 hollow points.
The rest will go through the gang moulds for 357, 44, and 45 auto/colt.
Been away from it since 2016. Fired up to go at it again.

Oh nice. In ingots and everything.
My son handed me the cash tonight for another 50 pounds.

Should I warn the mail lady?

Thinking I'll just have them hold it in town and I'll be by to get it.
