The web page says Copyright 2010 at the bottom so I figure it's fairly up to date.

Cost is $26.00 which is kind of spendy for a thin little paperback but the information in it is priceless (to throw just a little hyperbole at you ).

Seriously, it's a great read. Veral knows whereof he speaks and is a good guy to deal with as well.
