I like to stand while casting so my pour spout is just below eye level. How about you?

I stand as well Creeker but I ladle pour, so the top of my pot is at 45 inches.

Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.

I'm a sitter, but on a high stool with the furnace securely mounted high up off of the bench. It does give me pause to think about spilling lead onto my lap, but the arthritis in my back and hips precludes standing for long periods of time.

I am a stander till I get tired and then I sit and stand depending on which part of my body is most tired.
