There aren't many stock .338 GC moulds to choose from and I already have a Lee 220gr 1R for my 338/06 AI but found two NOE's I'm considering.Just curious if you have a NOE and how you like it compared to any other brands.
There a work of art and cast great bullets. I have one of the NOE 38 cal. double crimp groove 158 gr. .360" handgun molds for about a year that cast either HP or FN bullets and have no complaints.
Thanks for the info you made up my mind and that .360HP can't get much better!
I too just recently picked up an NOE mould. It truly is beautiful. I have been too busy to do any casting with it yet but here is a pic.

After seeing res45's beautiful HP think I may hafta order this one...432 265gr RF RG4 with 2 gas cks and 2 plain base for the 44mag and 444.
Those NOE molds look like jewelry! I would be tempted to store it in a safety deposit box! Looks like I might have to break down and get one myself. My old NEI, Saeco, and Lyman/Ideal molds still work though. But still, those NOE molds...
Noe molds work as well as any of the molds I have. I highly recommend them. They are built to last a few lifetimes.
They look pretty and cast some darn good bullets.
I have 5 so far and am waiting for one for the 35 Whelen.
You won't go wrong with one of these.
oh yea, I have NOE's 338 pointy mould too.

That's a mighty good looking 338 offering have you shot any? I think it would make an excellent hunting bullet if you flat filed the very end of that pointy tip off a tad though.
no haven't shot any 338's, actually I don't own a 338 yet...
Thanks blammer that's the best design of a 338 I've seen yet.Think it will serve my purposes well!
I designed it, so thank you!
