That's what it looks like to me. Imagine the progress they will make if the democrats control both the house and senate from 2014-2016.

The EPA is already doing, already done what HHS wishes upon health care.

The problem with the EPA, OSHA and the like is that they demand industries with pre WWII infrastructure to come up to their invented compliance.

The good news is that the asswholes had best prepare for folks to just say phugg it to fines, fees and recycling and go back to dumping.

The industries that recycle and recover these materials have been doing so before the militant [bleep] were born.

I am not sure as anyone else what will exactly happen , other than the fact that I will stock up in anticipation of higher costs in the near future along with more bare shelves

I cant recall ever recycling the lead from a jacketed bullet though

The bullet manufacturers already use recycled lead pretty much exclusively. The boys over at castboolits.gunloads have hashed this topic into zombie status.

yep and when you melt the lead out of the jackets you can sell the jackets for scrap copper. smile
