Hope I am in an OK place for this query.

There used to be a Morris "Feel" glove on the market.
A wool glove with a knit cuff and a nylon trigger finger. It had leather finger tips and a leather strap across the palm. They came in green, orange and camo.

BOSS leather bought them out a while ago.

I can't get any info from BOSS. Anyone know where any are to be found?

Dang, totally forgot about those gloves. Used to have a pair and wore them out. Worked great.

I still have one pair and they are very worn out- to me, they were a great glove! If you find them, let us know.

They were made in Newbern, Tenn by a company long out of business. They were very good gloves!

I wore through several pairs of the green ones over the years when I was younger - at one time they were my favorite small game hunting glove. Gave up looking for them a good 10 years ago - didn't know they were out of business, but figured that must be the case.

I bought a pair last fall for hunting but I don't remember which store. Might have been Sportsmans Warehouse in Twin Falls, ID but I'm not sure.
So, they're still made. I've worn them for years for cool weather, but they don't work very well when it gets cold. They're just too thin. Also, they shrink like crazy when they get wet. But, within their limitations, they work very well and I've worn them for many years.

Anybody have a picture of a pair or something similar?
Sounds like a good design.

This is a lousy pic but it's the best I could find on the web.

We found these at Hook Set Tackle website

The old gentleman who made them was Morris Slimovich (I may not have spelled it correctly.) My friend who knew him well said that he was quite the businessman and always true to his word.

Maybe some could be found on Ebay. I do have a pair of mittens produced by him.

I've got few in a bin in the camp shed out back. I don't use them anymore. They wore out too fast and aren't that great in the wind.

I'll get a count of them and let you guys know how many, then it will be first comers.

What are they worth?

I tried those back in the sixties, cold came right through the leather like nobody's business. Still keep an old pair around here for sentimental reasons (belonged to my late FIL.)

Reply from BOSS gloves is below

Boss owns the rights to the Morris Feel glove. Boss has discontinued the glove about a year ago. Since it has been that long since any of these items were sold we would have no idea of anyone that may still carry them. The only place we know of that you might try is www.turnersupply.net
