Hey all of you native Montanan's, are there Grizzlies/ Wolves in Madison county. I have relatives in Norris and was just wondering? Anyone live near there?

Southwest mt is infested with both.

Relatives in Norris? Man there's like 8 people in that "town". But there's a hot spring!

My old "stomping grounds" for 30+ years.

Always has been grizzly bears in the Madison Range....wolves started showing up in the late 90's. Both are there to stay.

Fantastic country, but some of the shine is gone since most of the big ranches are owned by out of state interests now.
