What big game do you plan on hunting this year, and did you draw any tags you been applying for and finally received?
Hunting moose now with my wife who was drawn for antlered moose....we were both draw for antlers mule deer for November. Both will be hunting for whitetail and I always have an elk tag in my pocket!
WT Deer, black bear, hogs, coyotes, and maybe squirrel and rabbit when the weather cools a bit more.
Whitetails and maybe black bear if time permits.

I talked to Wifey just last weekend about squirrel/rabbit and dumplings, and skillet fried rabbit in homemade cows milk butter, then homemade gravy from the drippings.

She said, 'you get em in here, I'll handle the rest' wink

I gotta take that old M-9422 for several walks this Winter HBB.
I have a general elk A tag and an antlerless elk B tag so that will be a priority this year. Then mule deer and black bear if / when opportunities present while chasing elk. Not big game, but there's always grouse about that need to be shot...
Nothing big planned; just black bear, whitetail, moose, elk and non trophy mule deer, all which can be hunted locally. Locally as in not even leaving the farm.
I did the 'fire hog hunt in March and whacked a couple. I hunted brown bear in the spring and tried for an Idaho moose tag and an Arizona Coues tag. I was unsuccessful on all three counts.
Mule deer here in New Mexico.

makes my mouth water just reading about the dumplings.
Ohio deer and Florida hogs.
Colorado elk and New Mexico Coues whitetails. Will also be taking the youngest grandson on a late season Youth Enhancement cow elk hunt here in NM. jmGraham1986 has volunteered to join us and try to keep me out of trouble. smile
Colorado elk and Mebbe nilgai this winter. If I happen on one.

Mudhen!!!! Glad to hear you will have appropriate adult supervision on that hunt! You guys have a great hunt and make meat!!!!
Whitetails and Black Bear in two states.
Pronghorn in wyoming in two weeks.
Archery Mule deer in South dakota in 4 weeks
Whitetail in Michigan whenever I can sneak out.
I drew a Utah limited entry late rifle elk tag for the Wasatch unit with 12 points. Will be headed out there in early November.
I'll also be hunting whitetails and waterfowl here in Missouri. I killed a decent buck with my bow last weekend so I'm off to a good start.
Whitetail here in PA and possibly WV if I get a bug for it. I'm leaving on Saturday for ON to hunt grouse and ducks. Early November I'll be headed to CO for mule deer and elk. I'm gonna try to do more upland and waterfowl hunting in PA this year, too. I'm ready for it all to start!
Drew nothing - even with double digit points on some apps.

Bought leftover WY pronghorn but will let them go unused due to time issues.

Will push into the Big Blue wilderness for elk with my compadres, one first-timer, a couple horses. Will surrender my cow elk tag in exchange for an OTC bull tag this year for that hunt. Even though it will reduce my chance of success I'm just more interested in hunting a bull than a cow.

Seriously considering OK whitetail and/or TX hogs this year. Haven't really found the hog connection yet but haven't tried very hard either.
Already got my bear here in Washington:

One shot at 325 yards from the .30-06 Rem 700 CDL.

Looking forward to mule deer, pronghorn, and elk this fall.

Regards, Guy
Whitetails here in N.C. and Kansas

Waterfowl in Arkansas.
200.000 caribou
Already took a buck and a doe antelope, as well as a buck mule deer here in Wyoming.

Still have a general elk, late season cow elk and one more doe antelope tag left.

In November, I will hunt mule deer or whitetail back home in Montana and have an Idaho muzzleloader mule deer tag.

Struck out with snowcock...not big game but they put anything else to shame. Didn't draw anything (again) so I am stuck with leftover/unlimited/general tags.

Life is good.
I've had a couple good trips with my Dad, Wife and best buddy hunting pronghorn so far and plan on a BUNCH of Cow elk hunts in November.

Also hoping to finally buck that Coues fetish in December and add some Oryx to the freezer in Feb before my baby boy comes around.
Leaving Monday on an antlered moose hunt I drew in a Foothills zone. Will definitely have a good time.
Also packing a bear tag.
Rest of the Fall I'll be hunting cougar in a few Prairie WMU's. near my place. It's a spot and stalk only season they opened a few years ago now.
Lots of bird hunting as well.
