Anybody use it to research areas? Anything similar out there?

I bought a subscription. I really like it. I'm sure much of the information can be found on your own, but it would probably take a lot of time.

Being a MN resident, when I look through western states it's nice to rule out areas/units I'll have no chance getting a tag in. It really helps narrow things down.
