Here's a link to a short YouTube video that my brother took of me shooting my Blue Wildebeest. It looks better in the YouTube link since you can go full screen and actually see the animals.

It's just a short clip of hunting wildebeest in the East Cape of South Africa with Victor Watson of Karoo Wild Safaris last September. We had already stalked them for a about a mile and they were in some very thick brush about 140 yards away. The voices you hear are Vic and my brother who shot the video.

I had to wait for a time when the bull didn't have a cow on the other side to prevent hitting a second animal. I'm already on the sticks when the video starts.

The bull is the black spot in the middle of the frame (most of the time) and you can see the herd scatter after the shot.

Here's the picture after the video ends:

Looks like a good hit....It probably didn't go far, did it?
He staggered around in a circle and I watched him in my scope. Unfortunately he stopped with his body behind a tree so all I could see was his head until he died.

Nice shot. good video.
Neat! What did you hit him with?
Thanks,

That was a 300 grain TSX out of my 375 H&H.

Anymore, all I ever bring to Africa is my left handed, Model 70.

A little better video:
