Congtrats to your friend:
I can only dream! !
I enjoy reading of UR hunts and pics of the animals.
I think the title refers to the underlever action. So, probably.

Thanks, I looked it up.
I'm not into vintage guns, hadn't heard of the Jones.
Neat gun.

So......how is he shipping his trophies back?
Jones underlevers are classy things. Here is one that is tempting:

That IS nice, a Rigby nonetheless...

Brings new meaning to "Keeping up with the Jones's?"
Nice bull. Beautiful rifle, congrats.
Would also like to know how he's planning to ship trophies and would like info on the "Jones".

Heck, I never got past the curls on that nice kudu. Beautiful rifle, for sure put to good use.
Don't think my eyes are good enough for that type hunting with vintage iron sights. I need a good scope.
Otherwise, I think retro ordinance is interesting.

Dennis Jones from Bend Oregon. If the rife is old and beautiful, he probably owns one.
So, as the riddle unfolds, two Jones in Africa, Dennis and the underlever...
Neat.

If I was to go to Africa, there would be a lot of pictures for trophies and my memories. Possibly a video or two. I do not have room for trophies in my house. But then again I do not have the money to go to Africa.
Take out a loan at the bank. I had to for my first trip over. Well, borrowed the money from the ole man, as bank said they wouldn't loan money to go on a trip. That was back in 1972.
