I emailed Delta letting them know I was disapointed in the recent ban of shipping

Thank you for your email to Delta.
We are grateful for you taking the
time to share your thoughts with us.

Delta has banned the shipment of all lion, leopard, elephant, rhinoceros
and buffalo trophies worldwide as freight. Prior to this ban, Delta's
strict acceptance policy called for absolute compliance with all
government regulations regarding protected species. Delta will also
review the acceptance policies for other hunting trophies with the
appropriate government agencies and other organizations that support
legal shipments.

We value customer feedback and appreciate you taking the time to contact
us. We understand your feelings surrounding this issue, and we are
grateful you took the time to let us know how our actions have been
perceived. Your concerns have been reported to the appropriate
leadership for internal review.

We appreciate your selection of Delta and will always welcome the
opportunity to be of service.

Sincerely,

Veronica Varghese

What a crock!

Since when were Buffalo protected?
It is their canned response, but if they hear it enough from their elite members it may erode their stand and cause them to rethink. They may not be worried about the revenue loss from the cargo or hunting travelers, but the airline industry is too competitive for them not to worry about those flying 50K to 150K in miles with them per year for business travel.
I spent $5600 with them last year......yawn

That's cash money from blood sweat and tears taxes paid earnings/savings......no corporate expenditure "free miles" here
They haven't bothered to reply to my email.
I have been told that ABF has joined in with Delta and will no longer ship taxidermy
They responded to me believe I was the same "non response" BS that you received.
It took about weeks.
