If I can swing another trip to RSA,I would like to bring my 2 Model 70 's in 7x57. RSA specifically forbids this. Aside from changing one of the barrels to 275 Rigby ,is there a way around this silly regulation? Porsche73

Nope. Best not to try to mess with them. Their country. Their laws. Don't count on them having a sense of humor.

Bring a wife or kid and put one rifle in thier name and the ohter in yours. You will need to have two seperate permits but this will work. Happens every year in my business. Shared ammo with father and son or husband and wife, both shooting the same cartridge.

Jim beat me to it. Learned this the hard way once, but SAP cleaned it up for me and let me pass. NOTE: That was "Old" "Racist" (Orderly and safe" South Africa.
