I have a theory on why Pelosi an Schumer are attempting to remove the President immediately. They are both deathly afraid of what he has that he could declassify and present to the public. IF he has evidence that would incriminate the left, the DNC, HRC, FBI and all the others and IF he chooses to release it, they are sunk. If the SCOTUS steps in now, I have no idea what would happen, above is my guess, I haven't read anything that lays out a plan for what happens between Jan 6 and 20, but I'm pretty sure it's not Trump, he has, legally, been ruled not the president as of Jan 20.
