Wyoming has been my home since 1940. I have been to Jackson, several times, I studiously avoid it now. IMHO, it certainly does not
qualify as part of "the rest of Wyoming".

Laramie is not one of the largest cities but it is home to the University.
Name me 1 university town that doesn't have it's share of liberal or ultra conservative folks.
