President Joe Biden is "really twisted" that his approval ratings are worse than President Donald Trump's as the White House contends with multiple crises just months out from the midterms, NBC News reports.
Only 41% of American adults approve of Biden's performance as president as of his 487th day in office, according to Gallup. Trump's job approval among all adults was at 42% at the same point in his presidency.
"He's now lower than Trump, and he's really twisted about it," a source close to the White House told NBC News.

1. Given their history, any "new strategy" is likely to be a move much farther left rather than towards the middle. Not gonna help.
2. The pollsters had to carefully select the people they polled to get Trump to that 42% number. Basically a demographic that should ALWAYS oppose Trump or the right. It makes for a very small population left to ask. They're likely asking that same group and ending up at 41% for Joe. It's blowing their minds because there isn't a demographic or control group they can "create" to get that number higher. That group already exists, they're asking it and getting 41%, even with their hands on the scale.
