All you need is your signature and a date on the envelope the ballot is in, then somehow they have hundreds of Forensic Scientists here that can look at your signature on the envelope and the crappy electronic signature you have on their files and determine it's you that voted...LOL! The in person voting is instantaneous. It is counted when you press submit. This delayed count is BS and cheating. I live in hillbilly Arkansas and we can manage to count the votes and manage to know who one on election night.

Now somehow Kari is is nearly 17,000 votes behind and Masters is about 100,000 behind but Hobbs and Kelly's numbers haven't changed.
