No handicap placard or license plate. $250 fine. I have the plates for my vehicles. See that a lot at my local Walmart. Usually have a sheriff's deputy at the store. I write down the license number, color and make of car, deputy goes out and writes the guy a ticket, tells me Thank you. Ran a placard for a couple of years and finally the doctor okayed me for the plates. Biggest problem is they don't have enough spaces.
