Deflave update! I talked to him today and was surprised to hear that he had finally landed a new job - as mall security at the Aventura mall. I asked him why mall security???? He said he still longed for the sense of purpose that law enforcement had once provided him. I told him mall security wasn't law enforcement he said it didn't matter told me to Ph uck off lol. But he seemed truly happy and proud to be back in a position where he could help keep people safe. Although his path to get here has been a rocky one, it seems like he finally found his way back to where he belongs. We, well most of us know about his job as a sheriff's deputy in Texas. How things didn't go as planned. He struggled at the job and was making mistakes that cost him his job. He decided to move to Montana. Most of you don’t know this but deflave worked as a jailer for Hill County sheriff department. He tried his best to turn his life around, but old habits die hard. One night, while on duty, he had a little too much to drink and was promptly fired. I'm telling you all this not to tear him down more, but to offer encouragement and support. Deflave is a good guy when he is sober, and he deserves a chance to make things right, I have faith that he can do it. Sidenote he gave no real indications when he will post back on here. He seems pretty intent making this job last and doesn't want any distractions.

He is still on probation but after 60 days they will issue him OC and handcuffs well that's what he said. I have no idea what mall security qualifications are.
