I smoke some pineapple wrapped in bacon last weekend. I’d put that on pizza and have no issue.

In this rare instance I am glad to live in Connecticut. We have excellent pizza, Google Modern Apizza in New Haven. Florida pizza is horrible. You will not find ham and pineapple on the menu.

Good pizza is available in Florida, but you do have to look for it.

It is not the pineapple so much as the Canadian Long Pork Loin that bothers me....

A pizza joint here does one with Canadian bacon, regular bacon, pineapple, and jalapeños. It’s a pretty dang good combo.

Cadanian Bacon & Pineapple. My favorite pizza place in the world, The Hideaway, in Stillwater, OK makes it and calls it the Hawaiian. It is delicious.

agree, seen Hawaiian at a national chain listed with pineapple,ham and pepper, when I make it I just load it down with pineapple,ham and bacon. Been making it this way for years.

This right here is exactly what I was going to suggest as an improvement. Just make sure the place makes good crust and uses their oven correctly... pretty frustrating to eat a saggy, soft pizza.

Canadian bacon, onions, and black olives is my favorite. Never could take a liking to pineapple on pizza.
