So, I wander around reading articles from a lot of different sources. It gives you the ability to compare "facts"(?) to help separate truth from fiction.

Lately, I've been hearing (seeing?) folks on here asking two questions.

1) Why are Jews so hated?

2) Why do Jews vote for liberals?

This article probably comes closer to answering both questions!

I haven’t read the article, yet. I will, but the headline ‘How the Democrats Betrayed the Jews’ isn’t a new, one off, way for Democrats to do their business.

They’ll cut loose anything, if they see an advantage to be gained. The only two scared cows the Dems won’t stop pandering to is the Black community and unions.

Oh, they'd cut those loose as well .. once they stop being useful either as sources of votes or sources of cash. As long as the idiots are useful, they'll remain embraced.
Shít...they don't even hardly pander to the blacks anymore.

They have them so far down the ladder now that they are basically livestock again.

That article is nothing but a pity party blaming the world, but kost especially Christians, for the problems of Jews.

If you want to know what’s really funny think about this. The reason America is increasingly anti-Semitic today is because we have imported millions upon millions of immigrants from the third world who are not only unfamiliar with dispensationalism as taught to American evangelicals, but actively reject it. And of course, they are already a bigger voting bloc than American Jews. Now, just who do you think were leading the charge on letting in all these third worlders so that they could dilute the culture and influence of all these icky redneck MAGA white supremacist types? lol

The scorpion done stung the frog and now everybody gonna drown.

It was the Lutherans and the Catholics, not the Jews, who let in all the Somalis.

I read the article carefully, and came to the conclusion , I always do, the Jews are horribly conflicted. Still wandering around in the desert.

Also , I recognize a hopeless situation.

Oh, didn’t realize George Soros was Lutheran. Guess what, literally the ONLY people in the world who believe in dispensationalism are American evangelicals. So, even Mexican immigration hurts the cause. American liberal Jews have been front and center in this. Just this week, the ADL blamed all the recent protests on white supremacy. lol
1. Jews are God's chosen people according to the Old Testament. Therefore, the Arabs hate them because they are Ismael's descendents. Ismael was Abraham's son by Sarah handmaid Hagar. God had promised that Sarah would be the mother of Abraham's decendents that would occupy the area that Israel now occupies because of Sarah's decendents.

The Arabs being Ismaels descendents claim by being the first born, he was supposed to inherit the land. This is the religious reason the Arabs and Jews fight over the "promised land".

Now, the Jews have on average one of the highest IQ's in the world and started the banking system in Europe in the Middle Ages. Jews became more wealthy than the Christians due to banking and other middle class businesses. The Jews were scattered all over the Roman Empire by the Romans in AD-70, thus being all over Europe. So, because of the hatred for Jews due to the banking system, especially by the Germans and the Nazi's, they wanted to go back to their homeland, which by the early 20th century was now under Brittish Rule. This was nothing but envy of the rich.

Another reason why many in "Christian" Europe hated the Jews, especially the Catholic Church, because they didn't accept Christ as their Messiah. Catholics in the Inquisition times persecuted the Protestant Christians as well as the Jews.

Hatred never ceases, ESPECIALLY religious hatred.

2. Voting for liberals. Well, you know Democrats promise everything to everyone to get votes. Also, many Jews from Eastern Europe immigrated to the US and Israel after WWII. They hated Nazi's so much, that they sided with Russians to defeat them. They brought with them this "liberal socialist" mentality.

if it werent for the jews there would hardly be any muslims or non whites invading. fighting wars for the jews ruined their countries and they come here or Europe. satanyahoo has quietly sent afreakans to the US that he threw out of israel for ten years. for 2000 years jews rightfully thrown out of 109 countries but the modern west thinks all those countries were wrong for 2000 years and the jews were right.Sen corey booker said 2 days ago that him being attacked by whites when he was young is just like being attacked by Hamas. biden just said white nationalists are just like Hamas. the radical jew run DOJ and the jew attorney general have already declared war on white MAGA people and now they are compared to Hamas. but the DOJ to dumb to see that MAGA people care way more for israel then the US

Seems like for whatever reason, wherever the Jews wind up, their land of milk and honey, or their promised land, it is someone else's home as well.

It goes back thousands of years and was recorded in the Bible.

Aside from the USA not many world nations are standing with the Jews. Strange times, time to get right with The Almighty.

That is more Lutherans than there are flavors of Baptist. Why can't they all be in one organization? Do y'all exclude each other's doctrines as do the Baptists?

Don't know. The big three are, ELCA (woke heretics) LCMS (Conservative, Bible based), and WELS (Very conservative, lots of high church practices)

The LCMS and WELS get along okay. The ELCA needs to find another term besides "Lutheran" to call itself.

Liberals!

What group supports Planned Parenthood?
Liberals!

Unfortunately, the KKK went after ANY group that they didn't think fit in! Italians, Chinese, Japanese, Irish, Jews, etc, etc...
Margaret Sanger founded "Planned Parenthood" with the specific intent of removing blacks from America.
So who now embraces "Planned Parenhood?
Liberals and blacks!

One could argue that a lot of the supporters supplementing the Palestinian Hamas protests here, are the same 20-30 year old idiots that will jump at any chance to rage against anything and anyone their group think believes is oppressive. ✊🏿✊🏼

Liberal politicians refuse to deport any Muslim immigrant students who are protesting with violence, sighting 1st Amendment rights.

The US .gov is playing politics with Israel, not for the sake of Hamas in Gaza, but to try and keep a lid on the protests here at home.

How I see it.

For more than two generations now, kids in government schools have been indoctrinated to reject anything traditionally considered American. We have reached the point where American values, history and traditions are being replaced with ideas not based on reality.

Money has been funneled into Non Governmental Organizations (NGO’s) who have enabled these illegals to migrate to the US. That is how illegals from countries thousands of miles away come to this country well fed, nice clothes and all carrying cell phones. The Vatican is one religion involved for sure and there are others. Lutherans may or may not be involved.

"They hated Nazi's so much, that they sided with Russians to defeat them. They brought with them this "liberal socialist" mentality."

This is the biggest lie they have forcefed into the minds of the lobotomized the world over, keep repeating that lie and it becomes truth over time

The Soviet Socialist regime was not established by Russians, It was set up by Christ hating Satanist Yids, the Bolsheviks, none were ethnic Russians, from Marx, Trotsky to Lenin & Stalin ... All Satanists carrying out orders from their Talmudic masters, whose goal was to eradicate as much of the last remaining true Byzantine Christians left on the planet, over 60 million were slaughtered and the rest were herded into slave work camps, and this was before WW2, where they sent millions more to die and continued the purge after the war into the Ukraine region where they slaughtered over 30 million more, now they're wiping out the last remaining Christians in Russia & Ukraine right before your eyes with the "war"

All orchestrated steps to set up the kingdom of their horned messiah

Lenin was Russian, born in Russia to Russian parents, and he was baptised a few days after his birth by his Christian parents. Stalin was born in Georgia, then part of the Russian Empire, and baptised into the Russian Orthodox Christian faith by his very religious Christian parents. After going to a Christian school he went to a Russian Orthodox seminary to train as a priest. Only Trotsky was born Jewish, though he also was Russian - and he was educated by Lutherans and registered his children as Lutheran.

It is also worth noting that Stalin, the former trainee priest, purged - murdered - Trotsky and most of the other old Bolsheviki.

I would judge from his post that Dixie Dude was using the bible and other sources. The Palestine Jews also fought as allies with the British against Nazi Germany. The Arabs did not. They had their NAZI flags ready to welcome Hitler's troops. Too bad, so sad, Hitler's boys never got there.

Good read.
I believe this is subjective and complex matter. It's important to recognize that anti-Semitism, or hatred and prejudice against Jewish people, has a long and troubling history.

After the revolution, the vast majority of powerful positions in the Soviet government were filled by Jews, i.e., thousands of posts, to include the NKVD. Many of them were fresh from the Lower East Side of Manhattan, and spoke little if any Russian.

....and how many Baptist, Methodist, Catholics, etc, etc made that same decision?
You basically blame Jews for those indiscretions. All through history, people of all ages, races, colors, creeds and beliefs have decided the US didn't have THEIR best interests at heart and defected to the "other side"! There were a lot of young German men who felt it was their duty to fight for the "Fatherland" rather than their adopted country during WWII.

You're blaming a human frailty on a specific religion.

Being Jewish isn’t about religion. It’s about ethnicity. Hence terms “Observant Jew” and so and so forth. Jews themselves do not consider it about religion. Heck, God didn’t consider it to be about religion. It’s about ethnicity. Atheist Jews, Christianized Jews, irreligious Jews all consider themselves to be Jews and are considered by all other Jews as such as long as they have a Jewish mother.

Yep. And consider that one of the first things the Bolsheviks did upon taking power was to put priests, monks, and nuns to work building and maintaining roads, their churches shuttered up or converted to some other use. Rabbis were left entirely alone to do their thing, their structures left as they were. And one of the first changes in the national law was to make "antisemitic speech" a capital offense.

"Jew" is not a "race" of people. "Jew", or "Judaism" is a religion.

You are correct in that if your mother was/is "jewish", you are considered a "jew", but it has nothing to do with genes or chromosomes. It has more to do with the strength of the Jewish religion.
Catholic children are sent to "Catechism" classes. Jewish children have Judaism imprinted into them by their mothers at home from birth. That's one reason Jewish men are such "mama's boys". 🤫 (Ask me! I know!)

ANYONE can become a Jew, REGARDLESS of race, color, creed, ethnicity or national origin.

Not really. The word Jew itself is defined as a physical descendant of a man named Judah. That's a race, in the way the word race has traditionally been used. It's true that anyone can practice the religion associated with the Jews, but the Jews themselves would rather non-Jews didn't.

Sure, like lots of tribal cultures with small numbers, the Jews have never had a problem incorporating new people. But what does that have to do with the fact that atheists and others are still recognized as Jews regardless of religion?

Uhhmmm....NO.
Martin Luther "founded" Lutheranism. The believers are termed "Lutherans".
Lutheran is a "religion", not a "race".
Judaism originated with the biblical patriarch Abraham (approx 1800 BCE).
The term "jew" originates in the Biblical Hebrew word YEHUDI, meaning "from the Kingdom of Judah".

It's true that anyone can practice the religion associated with the Jews, but the Jews themselves would rather non-Jews didn't.
...and again, uhhmmm...NO.
I spoke with a Chabad Rabbi about what was necessary to convert to "Judaism".
His reply was, "Why would anybody want to convert to Judaism? We have 613 Commandments! "I" can't even remember them all!"
He also told me, that unlike other religions, Jews don't go out seeking converts. Probably why the Jewish community isn't any larger than it is!
If you ask to convert, you must convince the Rabbi that you WANT to convert. You will be given certain reading materials, given certain tasks, submit to interviews by elders and submit to specific "rites" and agree to Jewish laws.
ONLY after satisfactory completion are you considered "converted".
After "conversion", you will be afforded all the considerations given any other Jew and no longer considered an "outsider".

"... but the Jews themselves would rather non-Jews didn't.[/quote] ..."
Anyone is welcome in a synagogue. There are a few exceptions.
I never served in the military. I don't physically salute veterans. It's impolite and gives the impression I served in the military. But I will address them with, "Thank you for your service!"
By the same token, you don't "visit" a synagogue and suddenly claim you're Jewish. Terribly "unpukka", old chap!
"... that atheists and others ..."

Think about it!
To be an atheist, you have to believe there is a God. 🤔

Tribe of Judah. That's because all the other tribes disappeared, so being a member of that tribe still connected one physically to Abraham, thus they came to be called Juden, or Jews.

Naturally, they weren't called Christians, but members of Christ's sheepfold, as it were, were believers in the teachings of the Patriarchs, regardless of bloodline. It's always been grounded in faithfulness to God. "For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel."

We are all Americans, but our ethnicity and bloodlines are diverse.
Judah was a mere territory (named after the man, Judah) of the united Kingdom of Israel under David and them. Then there was a split between the north and the south. The southern kingdom was called Judah (also called Judea), and the northern kingdom faded away, along with all but one tribe, i.e., that of Judah.

At the time of Christ, no Jew could trace his tribe to any but that of Judah, which is why the other tribes are referred to as the lost tribes, because they blended in with the surrounding peoples, and folks up there stopped recording their genealogies. It's also why those who considered themselves descendants of Abraham started to be identified as Jews, which refers to the Tribe of Judah more so than to the Kingdom of Judah, as there were people who lived in the Kingdom of Judah other than Jews.

Which Lutherans? I'm a member of an LCMS Lutheran Church. I don't hear a lot out of them about supporting illegal immigration.

The list:

American Association of Lutheran Churches (AALC)
Apostolic Lutheran Church of America (ALCA)
Association of Confessional Lutheran Churches (ACLC)
Association of Free Lutheran Congregations (AFLC)
Augsburg Lutheran Churches (ALC)
Canadian Association of Lutheran Congregations (CALC)
Church of the Lutheran Brethren of America (CLBA)
Church of the Lutheran Confession (CLC)
Concordia Lutheran Conference (CLC)
Conservative Lutheran Association (CLA)
Eielsen Synod
Estonian Evangelical Lutheran Church (EELK)
Evangelical Lutheran Church - Eesti Synod (E.E.L.K.)[2]
Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA)
Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada (ELCIC)
Evangelical Lutheran Conference & Ministerium of North America (ELCM)
Evangelical Lutheran Diocese of North America (ELDoNA)
Evangelical Lutheran Synod (ELS)
General Lutheran Church (GLC)[3]
Illinois Lutheran Conference (ILC)[4]
Independent Lutheran Diocese (ILD)[5]
Laestadian Lutheran Church (LLC)
Latvian Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (LELCA)
Lutheran Church–Canada (LCC)
Lutheran Church - International (LC-I)
Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod (LCMS)
Lutheran Churches of the Reformation (LCR)
Lutheran Conference of Confessional Fellowship (LCCF)[6]
Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ (LCMC)
Lutheran Orthodox Church (LOC)
The Reformed Lutheran Church of America (RLCA)
The Lutheran Evangelical Protestant Church (GCEPC)
Lutheran Ministerium and Synod - USA (LMS-USA)
North American Lutheran Church (NALC)
Old Apostolic Lutheran Church
Orthodox Lutheran Confessional Conference (OLCC)
Protes'tant Conference
United Lutheran Mission Association (ULMA)
Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS)
That is more Lutherans than there are flavors of Baptist. Why can't they all be in one organization? Do y'all exclude each other's doctrines as do the Baptists?

Don't know. The big three are, ELCA (woke heretics) LCMS (Conservative, Bible based), and WELS (Very conservative, lots of high church practices)

The LCMS and WELS get along okay. The ELCA needs to find another term besides "Lutheran" to call itself.

Thanks B, I've been intending to make this post for a while now.

ELCA for one.

Thanks for the precise reply; it matters.

1) Why are Jews so hated?

2) Why do Jews vote for liberals?

This article probably comes closer to answering both questions!

https://unherd.com/2023/10/how-the-democrats-betrayed-the-jews/

A huge chunk of them consider their primary loyalty to be to Israel regardless of what country they have citizenship in. I saw the other day something like 360,000 of them headed home in order to join/do reserve duty in the Israeli Army.

Then you have all the Jews pushing mass immigration from the 3rd world into all of the 1st world nations except one. Can you guess which one that is?. Those two reasons right there are enough to give anyone a reason to be annoyed.

Not to mention all the whining about the Holocaust with not one word of thanks (that I've seen)to all the Allied forces that died taking on Germany.
I thought it was kind of interesting Patton didn't have a whole lot of good to say about them either post war.

ANYONE can become a Jew, REGARDLESS of race, color, creed, ethnicity or national origin.

Where did I say "tribe"?
"KINGDOM" of Judah. i.e. Kingdom of England

Excellent treatise
"... those who considered themselves descendants of Abraham started to be identified as Jews, ..."

Pretty much answered your own question.

Like much of what you post in relation to this hobbyhorse of yours, this is just blatantly untrue. Right from the earliest, the Revolution was opposed to all religion, including Judaism. In August 1919 the synagogues were closed and rabbis forced to resign their roles. The Yevsektsia was established by the Party in 1918 with the explicit mission being "destruction of traditional Jewish life, the Zionist movement, and Hebrew culture". Many of the Jews now in your country, and mine, emigrated during the period before WWII to avoid the persecution. I in fact know people whose family came here for precisely that reason.

Stalin was strongly antisemitic, and this was reflected in his letters, speeches and purges of Jews both before and after WWII. Jewish religious practices were banned - even circumcision. Post WWII the Soviets even developed a euphemism for Jews - "rootless cosmopolitan" as part of an active campaign of persecution, which involved show trials, imprisonment and execution of prominent Jews, as well as laws forbidding Jews to emigrate to escape this. I know people who were directly affected by this too.

I could go on, but frankly what you are posting is just nonsense.

No country fought against Germany to end the Holocaust. Your own country only joined the war against Germany as a result of Hitler declaring war on it, long after Germany had conquered much of continental Europe and after Britain had fought for its very survival. Your country refused entry to those Jews fleeing or seeking to flee the Nazis both before and during the war, even after it was known what their fate would be. Look up "Report to the Secretary on the Acquiescence of This Government in the Murder of the Jews" from 1944 for example.

eh,...that Bolshevik thing that went on in Russia put a lot of the people in Europe on edge back in those days. Trotsky and the boys generated a lot of ill will.

You're right the Allies didn't go to war specifically to end the Holocaust. The end result was the people in the camps were freed though and like I said not one word of thanks. It's all poor me BS.
Is there a memorial to all the Allied dead in Israel? There's a Holocaust memorial in the US.

The Bolshevik thing wasn’t only in Russia. I wonder who was in charge of the short lived Bavarian Soviet Republic. I wonder…

History shows WW2 in black and white terms as far as Europe is concerned. But there was a lot of gray involved. For example, Stalin's purge was barely wound down when FDR labeled him "Uncle Joe" and aligned the U.S.A. his bunch.

That should have raised a few eyebrows and maybe it did. But history doesn't have much to say about it.

Germany invaded Poland and Britain and France declared war. Stalin invaded it from the other side ten days or so later and they didn’t say a thing.

Exactly.
Moscicki was urged by Britain and France to poke Hitler in the eye till he invaded Poland.

Stalin was responsible for more deaths than Hitler could even imagine!
