I firmly believe The United States federal government has entered a constitutional crisis. Central authorities are unable or unwilling to defend our borders from invasion.

Most of the youth of America, doesn't feel what we feel. We grew up in one of the roughest years our nation has lived thru.
We know what Patriotism is... younger kids are taught it is a mental disease, that military veterans get.

Many kids today can't tell you the nations we fought against in WW 2 and the Cold War. They can't even tell you the time period for the American Revolution, and most have never heard of the French and Indian War, and have no idea what either one was about.

Good post. Very true. We have lost our youth in this Country. I fear its to late to correct this problem. The left has been brain washing our kids in the school systems around the Country for years. In most cases, right under our noses without realizing what was really happening until fairly recently. If you talk to most young men today about going into the Military when they graduate High school, the answer you get is "Why would I ever do that." It's Sad.

I'm not so sure many older folks know the importance the world wars either, or why they were really fought, like saving the Bank of England in WWI; or establishing communism world wide in WWII, while destroying strong nationalist states. Forget Lincoln's War; that's settled religion.My youngest is red pilled at least, although he teaches in a "magnet school" full of woke nonsense, trannies and such. His generation was undereducated. I don't think the Supreme Court ruled wrongly - the Supremacy Clause was the basis of their decision.

The issue is and will be that the federal government is not enforcing its laws, and its pretty clear why. In the future there will be no red states unless we get these people out. From a census standpoint, states get electorates based on their population and at some point these people will be given a right to vote

Protecting the border isn't enough, states have to actively get these illegals out and back to their origin country, especially red states

I've always felt that it is up to the States to hold the central government in check. The central government IS, after all, a creature of the States and it exists only by the consent of the States and under the terms of the contract we call the Constitution.

The Supreme Court, just like the rest of the central government has usurped much authority. We all seem to wait excitedly, holding our collective breath for their next decision to be handed down as though it were the Word of God. It is NOT. The States never agreed to allow the central government to define its own powers through edicts issued by SCOTUS. That would be absurd.

IMO, it's time for the states to stand together and tell the central government to pound sand, and maybe even begin to issue a general declaration of illegitimacy, or declarations of illegitimacy on specific questions.

I'm not advocating for war even though the federal government, through the SC, openly declared war on Texas. I'm advocating for a peaceful secession.
