We went bowling the other night and my left butt cheek is killing me. Every time we go I always point out to my wife and daughters that they will have a sore butt muscle the following day. We all laugh and say “yep!”

I think bowling is the only time I’ve ever used that particular muscle! LOL

Went bowling yesterday as a fundraiser. Only thing sore today is the right shoulder.

Had hip replacement surgery last Friday.

Right leg, due to worn out femur head, was shorter than left leg.
When they got the prosthesis in, they had to "stretch" the muscles of my right leg so both legs would be the same length!!!!

You just THINK your ass is sore! 😩
