Pinkerton Agent in the “Trainrobbers”. “Her name is Lilly. With two “Ls”! “Two “Ls”??” “One of ‘em must stand for Liar”! One of my favorite Duke movies! Reon
I had 3 of them Cordobas! In the early ‘‘90s they sold pretty cheap at the dealer auctions. Dependable and cheap to fix up. You could get one for 4 or 5 hundred dollars and run it into the ground! 9 years running outta 2 of them, the other had a 400 motor and I ran it 3 years at Windber Speedway on dirt. All I did was cut the roof off to put in a roll cage, weld it back on, put new shocks on it, home made spring hangers to adjust the wedge, and swap the valve covers side to side. The breather had to be on the left of you’d throw all the oil out turning left!😀 Bought a gallon of IH red tractor paint or $12 white for number (7N7) and letters. I wasn’t a threat to win, but I was always in the top 10, and several top 5s. Finished good every year in the points standings too. I hated to see them close the track after ‘93! It was the most fun you could have with your clothes on!😀 Reon
Boy you guys are mean it was pretty cool in the original Star Trek and he was really cool in the movie Star Trek and then I'm stupid car commercials all right there too
had a 78 Cordumpo in 79... loved the smell of the "Fine Corinthian leather", and the stereo sounded great... the ignition would quit in heavy rain, and the carb would quit under heavy braking... always wanted to put a Hemi in it...

Mine was also a ‘78. Gutless wonder.
But whenever I’d hit a bump in the road, it would gently rock me to sleep for the next ten miles. 😂
It was originally made in New Jersey. It was called that because they liked the name. The name was stolen and now it's made in several countries. It's just high quality leather like any other higher priced car.
