The United States Intelligence Community (USIC) has claimed that ISIS-K is behind the terrorist attack in Moscow. Florida Senator Marco Rubio affirmed his agreement with that assessment during an appearance on ABC’s This Week with Jonathan Karl.

Other than the larger issue of Islamic jihadists carrying hatred for the renewed Christian values, as expressed by Russian President Vladimir Putin – which, conveniently can be considered a cover for those who may have organized an attack under the auspices of Islamic jihad – there are no datapoints in the known fact-pattern that align with ISIS-K as the originator. Additionally, the four suspects were captured by mostly Muslim Chechan security forces in the Bryansk Region of Russia.

That said, the largest datapoint, pointing away from the ISIS-K origin, is the USIC so quickly identifying ISIS-K as the perpetrators.

Remember, this is the same USIC who claimed in the December 2016 Joint Analysis Report on the election that Russia had interfered. The same USIC who claimed in their January 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment, with a “high degree of confidence,” that Russia influenced the 2016 election (by spending $1,300 on FaceBook ads). And the same USIC that claimed the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation (it wasn’t). So, take SSCI Marco Rubio’s confidence in the USIC with that backdrop.

Why the Moscow terror attack could be a Putin false-flag operation

Ground zero of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s war of aggression against Ukraine shifted Friday to Moscow’s Crocus City Hall.

ISIS claimed responsibility for the concert shooting that killed 133 and injured 140, but all is likely not as it seems — and the Kremlin is putting the blame on Kyiv.
ISIS may or may not have been involved.
If the latter, the Federal Security Service (FSB) was probably behind it.

ISIS often claims responsibilities for attacks it did not commit to build its reputation and exaggerate its reach.

Heavily guarded Moscow feels like a heavy lift for the Islamic terrorist organization.
The now-gutted concert venue is only 14 miles from the Kremlin and the FSB’s Lubyanka Square headquarters.

Putin’s post-attack comments and finger-pointing are eyebrow-raising and revealing.

During an address to the Russian people, he claimed the four gunmen “tried to hide and move towards Ukraine, where, according to preliminary data, a window was prepared for them on the Ukrainian side to cross the state border.”

Not so fast.
We have gone down this road with Putin before.
Authorities attributed four bombings in September 1999 — in Buynaksk, Pechatniki, a Moscow neighborhood, and Volgodonsk — to “Islamic insurgents.”

Then-Prime Minister Putin exploited the attacks, which killed 307 Russian civilians, to justify a second invasion of Chechnya.

Putin got his land war and, in the process, secured his grip on power by becoming Russia’s president in May 2000.
Most experts conclude he was behind the attacks.
The Russian president is tenacious; but he is not particularly inventive.
It is highly likely we are witnessing a rinse and repeat, yet one that comes with a twist.

Putin was attempting to play US intelligence off itself — and have it confirm ISIS’s responsibility.

Did the FSB use a disinformation technique known as imitative communications deception?

Russia may have laid a series of false indicators to convince US intelligence analysts that Mideast extremists were planning an impending attack.
This would account for the US embassy in Moscow issuing a March 7 threat warning to American citizens.
The alert cautioned that “extremists have imminent plans to target large gatherings in Moscow, to include concerts, and U.S. citizens should be advised to avoid large gatherings over the next 48 hours.”

I think the one thing we all know for sure is that we know nothing of the truth. Whatever the case, Biden has screwed the pooch on this one too.

Rubio must not have gotten Murdoch’s memo of approved talking points.

Sen. Marco Rubio is a member of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI), the most powerful committee in Congress. All SSCI members are hand picked by Turtle, compromised and or corrupt.

The SSCI's sole tasks are managing memberships in the IC via the appointment process, running down field blocking for the IC covering-up all their criminal acts, and managing the flow of IC propaganda. That is why we NEVER see the SSCI perform any kind of investigation of the IC.

Sunday talk shows, this one being a good example, are nothing more than orchestrated theater for some corrupt Swamp Hack to sell the American public a Bill of Goods on the burning issue of the day, or prep us for some upcoming event yet to unfold.
