Good One! DIY'r and Lowes worker teamed up to Git'r Done!
Pretty funny how the forklift driver set the “package” and then hauled ass.
Amazingly, the windshield survived, at least until he hits the 1st bump. I sure wouldn't want to be driving it.
They'll probably fire the forklift operator for incompetence.
At least he saved the delivery charge.

We have people that want us to that schit on a regular basis. Then when you tell them we won't do it, they get pissed off.
Gotta be staged, no one is that stupid, are they?
. Yes they are that stupid
25 years ago there was a picture of a Volkswagon with a full stack of plywood on the roof. Car looked like it was 'lowered' .
Supposedly he drove off with it.

Not that stupid? How about Sheila Jackson Lee?

I was just thinking about that one when you posted it.

Now that's funny
It appears to be in England but it happens here, too.

Some years ago I saw a 10 wheeler dump truck in downtown Boise. He was hauling river rock and just had to get in that last scoop. He lost a 1/2 yard of it over the side in an intersection. He was picking them up 1 at a time and tossing them back in the truck...where they'd probably roll out again at the next intersection.

I say it's real. I sell this type of stuff and people will want us to try stupid schit like this all of the time.

I'll never forget, about 40 years ago, we had some Harry Homeowner dude that would come in, pop the trunk on his little rice burner and have my guys put a bobcat scoop of gravel in his trunk loose. The bucket was wider than the trunk and was spilling all over his quarter panels. The problem I had was they were spilling gravel all over the place and losing it. He kept coming back over and over. He probably hauled several tons before I put a stop to it. I was losing too much product. He probably did thousands of dollars worth of damage to his car so that he'd save the $50.00 delivery charge.

The most common occurrence is when these people come in here with these little, what we call, "go to hell trailers" made for lawn mowers and want us to put 3 tons on them being pulled by a compact car. Back when I was a kid working in the yard, a guy had one of those things and wanted me to put a full pallet of flagstone on it that probably weighed 3500 lbs. I told him that he didn't want to do that and he got all indignant and pissed off. So I put it on and slid it to the middle. The fenders were on the tires. When he started driving, the first bump he hit the tongue broke in half. He only made it about 100 ft. He never made it out of the yard. Then he was really pissed. Good thing it didn't happen when he was driving down the road at speed.
How did these dummies think they were unloading the ton of sand?
People will do stupid stuff- a guy who was in a hurry had Lowes Depot load 100 - 80lb. bundles of shingles on a 17' car haul trailer rated for about half that much. Trailer already had a heavy-duty tool box full of tools.

Pulling it about 50mph on I-10- it started trying to jack-knife the half ton short wheelbase truck. Scared the hell out of me.
I smell staged
Who cares, it's a rental.

There's a major difference between intelligence and stupidity; intelligence has its' limits.
