RIght over in the BLM land outside our fence the other day. Well, by the time I got out the good camera it was 100+ yards away from the porch

Had the boys over to the valley for some 100 yard races a couple of weeks back. Finally got to ordering pics from the professional photog ( Terry Tuttle) there.

Spring is here for sure, not only seeing the antelope which is about a yearly thing, but it was the first mowing day yesterday. Damn grass was too tall already, due to the crappy weather for mowing and the warmer temps and more daylight recently

Picked up some previously frozen, wild, AK sockeye yesterday for the grill later. get a coupla taters out of cold storage, wife making some Brussels sprouts. Only problem, the wind picked up to about 30 at times, EVERY time I set up for a grill date dammit.

Yesterday's work after mowing, moving/turning one compost bin and starting another batch with the chicken Gulag litter that built up over the winter. About got that bin finished with more grass I mowed today before the rain threatened.

Ah, the wonderful sound and smell of cracklin' mezguite charcoal firing up in the chimney. Haven't figured out why every time I decide to grill on nice days the wind starts blowing 30. Keeps the coals glowing when a gust comes up though, so no real problemo.

Last season's taters stored in the well house are still holding up well. Some are starting to sprout, which is OK as I can just about start thinking of planting. The ones we had for dinner were sure tasty still. Wife roasted some Brussels sprouts in the air fryer with some balsamic stuff on them, they were yummy too

Was in Wallyworld last week and they had hundreds of them Geno grills in blue all over the store.

Blue Aussie Grills? Never saw one of them. Something new or knock-offs maybe..............you know how Wally's is "We can get those made in China and sell a million of them"

Someone left this one at a rental cabin in Tenn, my buddy brought it home and gave it to me.
It appeared to have been used once or twice. This is our 3rd season using it.

I am still amazed that you guys can move that much snow with a pickup.
