Besides the heavy gloves, there will be 2 minute rounds and no official judges to score it. The original plan was to have an official sanctioned fight but clearly that's changed.

If Jake wins, he beat an old man. If Jake loses, he got beat by an old man. I'm sure the paycheck will be worth it though.
